How do I connect my NICE remote to the motor?

When can I expect my order?

You will be receiving a delivery date on your order confirmation. Within the Netherlands you will be receiving your order 24 hours from that delivery date. In Belgium you will receive your order within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will be delivering within working hours.

Can I come pickup my delivery myself?

If you want to pickup your delivery, then you'll have to let us know. We will be sure your package is ready. Keep in mind that it will be length goods.

Can I still return my products?

Unopened packages can be returned to us.

Is it possible to have the mounting done by Qurails?

We offer mounting support if needed. For more information please contact planning@qurails.com.

Which rails are available in black?

The 2102, 2200, 4100, 4400, 4901, 5100 and 6200 rails are available in black.

Are there curtain rails compatible with Wave curtains?

All of our curtain tracks are compatible with 'Wave' curtains. We will provide the rails with FLOW gliders (6 or 8 cm).
